this project incorporates an interactive art process from three different viewpoints: the photographer’s, the painter’s and that of the participating object – the interviewee.
for a couple of months two artists – photographer MARIN E. WENGER, born in switzerland and living and working there, and CHRISTO DAGOROV have been collaborating on an artistic journey visiting different countries in different continents, exploring human aspects in cultural and social environments captured in a single image. the artists present to the viewer close-up portraits of people randomly chosen, who share their social status and personal wish to the world, now and today. The interweaving elements form TRINODIS – the three-knot motto. the multiple knots re-occurring and weaving through the exhibition ultimately lead to the unifying theme: humanity.
they are all humans, just like the artists presenting them and the public looking at them are.
